How we protect your personal data

2. What data we collect
We process the following personal data:
a) When ordering: email address, name (optional), uploaded photo, IP address.
b) Automatically: cookies, browser and device data, traffic data (via Google Analytics).
c) When contacting us: name, email, message content.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for these purposes:
a) Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing orders, generating templates, sending to email.
b) Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — ensuring website functionality, abuse prevention.
c) Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — analytical and marketing cookies (granted via cookie banner).
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
Essential cookies: session cookies necessary for website operation. No consent required.
Analytical cookies: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — used for traffic analysis. Activated only after consent via cookie banner.
Marketing cookies: Google Tag Manager — activated only after consent.
You can withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the localStorage item cookie_consent in your browser, or through browser settings.
5. Uploaded photos
Photos uploaded for processing are used exclusively to generate the ordered template. Photos are not shared with third parties, publicly published, or used for AI model training. Photos are automatically deleted within 30 days of order processing.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

7. Data retention
Email addresses and order data are retained for 3 years from the last order (for complaints and accounting). Photos are automatically deleted within 30 days. Analytics data is anonymized and retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
