Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the company WebMates, s.r.o., registered at Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava - Rača, ID: 50897233 (hereinafter "Seller") and a natural or legal person (hereinafter "Buyer") who enters into a purchase agreement through the online store located at www.obrazkovo.sk.

The subject of the contract is the sale of digital content (PDF templates for painting, dotting, embroidery and sketching) that is not delivered on a physical medium.

2. Order and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products on the website is for informational purposes. The purchase agreement is concluded when the Buyer submits an order (by clicking the "Pay" or "Order with payment obligation" button) and the Seller confirms the order via email.

• The Buyer uploads their photo and selects the product type.
• The Buyer fills in their contact details (email).
• The Buyer confirms that they have read these T&C.

3. Price and Payment Terms

All prices on the website are final. Since the Seller is a company based in the USA, prices are not subject to European VAT unless legislation states otherwise for digital services.

Payment can be made through a secure payment gateway (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The digital product is sent to the Buyer only after full payment.

4. Delivery of Digital Product

Products are delivered exclusively electronically (by email or download link). Delivery time is usually immediate after payment processing and template generation, but no later than 24 hours. Delivery costs are €0 (free).

5. Withdrawal from Contract (Important)

Notice: Under applicable consumer protection legislation, by submitting an order and paying, the Buyer expressly agrees that the digital content will be delivered before the withdrawal period expires. By this consent, the Buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as it is a product made according to the consumer's specific requirements (own photo) and digital content not delivered on a physical medium.

6. Complaints and Warranty

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the digital content is free of defects when made available. If a technical error occurs after download (e.g., corrupted file, unreadable PDF), the Buyer has the right to free remedy (re-generation and resending of the file).

Complaints can be made by email at info@obrazkovo.sk. Complaints regarding artistic impression or subjective dissatisfaction with the result of generation from a low-quality photo may not be accepted.

7. Copyright and Licenses

By purchasing the product, the Buyer obtains a non-exclusive license to use the digital template exclusively for personal use. It is forbidden to resell, distribute, copy or use the template for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Seller.

8. Personal Data Protection

Information about personal data processing is provided in a separate "Personal Data Protection" section (GDPR Policy). The Seller declares that uploaded photos are used exclusively for the purpose of generating the order and are not provided to third parties or publicly published.

9. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights arising from EU regulations in the consumer's place of residence. The Seller reserves the right to change the T&C.
